| Descrierea postului | • L3 specific activities - assist the L2 customer support in the diagnosis of the customer’s reported problems that may be product defects and for making changes to the released products in response to the customer-reported defects. Problem analysis, reproducing and resolution. • Development activities - analysis, design, implementation and unit testing for the product enhancements. |
| Profil candidat | Mandatory skills: • J2EE skills ( Portlets - JSR 168, EJB ) • Java Persistence such as OJB /JPA , • hand-on experience with DB2 and SQL • experience with Spring, Struts • Fluent in English (written and spoken) • The ability to work and interact effectively in a team environment • Communicating effectively with international teams • Ability to achieve agreed deliverable, monitor and report progress • Ability to work independently • Experience with complex projects Nice to have skills: • Windows shell, UNIX shell • Websphere Application Server • Build tools such as Apache Ant |
